Many other platforms offer "VIP programs" that are, in reality, nothing more than labels with no tangible benefits for players. At kiss889, we take our relationship with loyal players seriously. Our VIP program was carefully designed based on real player feedback, ensuring every benefit we offer is genuinely worthwhile and easy to enjoy.
What sets the kiss889 VIP program apart is its simplicity and transparency. No complicated hidden conditions, no short redemption windows, and no overwhelming gaps between tiers. We believe loyal players deserve fair and consistent rewards.
VIP level upgrades at kiss889 happen automatically. Once your cumulative deposit total reaches the required threshold, your VIP level is updated instantly — no need to contact customer support or fill in any application form. You'll receive a notification when your VIP level increases, along with a list of new benefits now available to you.
Our system tracks your cumulative deposits from the day you registered at kiss889. This means every ringgit you deposit counts toward your next VIP level, regardless of whether you win or lose in that session.
Among all the VIP benefits we offer, weekly cashback is the most popular among kiss889 members. Unlike cashback that comes with high wagering requirements on some other platforms, kiss889 cashback is calculated from your net wagering value and credited directly to your account every week with no burdensome rollover conditions.
This means the cashback you receive can be used immediately for play or withdrawn at your own discretion, subject to standard withdrawal procedures. This transparency is what makes kiss889 VIP cashback among the best value in the Malaysian market.
For Gold and Diamond tier members, kiss889 provides a dedicated personal account manager assigned exclusively to you. These account managers are more than just regular support agents — they are specialists who understand your playing needs and preferences on a personal level.
Your account manager is reachable through multiple communication channels and is ready to assist you with matters such as:
This kind of personalised service reflects kiss889's commitment that our loyal players are not just numbers in a system, but valued individuals treated with genuine respect.
Starting your VIP journey at kiss889 is as straightforward as it gets. There's no separate registration for the VIP program — every active kiss889 account is automatically enrolled and begins earning points from your very first deposit.
The steps are simple: register a kiss889 account, make your first deposit via any available payment method such as DuitNow, FPX, or a local eWallet, and start playing. Every wager you place is tracked and VIP points are automatically accumulated in your account.
You can track your VIP tier progress, point balance, and reward redemption history through your account dashboard, accessible anytime via browser or the kiss889 app available for download in the Download.
We understand that VIP accounts hold high reward value, which is why account security is something we take seriously. 256-bit SSL encryption protects all activity within your account, while two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for an additional layer of protection.
We also recommend all VIP members to complete the KYC verification process in full. This not only speeds up your withdrawal processing but also ensures your account is protected against any unauthorised access attempts. For more information on our security and privacy policy, please refer to Privacy Policy kiss889.
